Damaged Items & Repairs
When was the
item purchased?
Items that are defective/damaged within
30 days of purchase (with photos) will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Items Damaged beyond the 30 day period are subject to a $15 repair fee.
How do I request a repair

Please include your date of purchase as well as photos of your damaged item(s).
You will receive a reply within 3-7 business days with instructions on how to proceed with your repair.
Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry looking its absolute best remove it when sleeping, showering, swimming in chemically treated water, exercising, using sanitizer, and applying any hair products, perfumes, or lotions. We take pride in the quality of our jewelry, but it is delicate and if you expose it to any of the above mentioned activities, damage may occur. Any tarnishing, deterioration or discoloration may be caused by your skin’s natural pH levels.
Cleaning your jewelry
*DO NOT use jewelry cleaning solutions on your Little Stone Jewelry Co. pieces.
Some cleaners can be too strong and can damage both crystals and metals. Instead, simply rinse your jewelry with water and gently dry and buff it with a cotton or microfiber cloth.
